1. How much does it cost?

Our normal rate is $2.25 per minute for a telephone psychic reading. But watch our special offers!
Our rate is $50.00 for an email psychic reading.

2. How do I know your psychics are for real?

We do extensive testing of our readers, verify their references and do background checks on each before they are allowed to take calls.

3. What is I am unhappy with a reading or reader?

Call our toll free number as soon as you have completed your conversation the reader and explain the problem to our phone staff. You will either receive another reading with a different reader or a refund.

4. How do I leave feedback on my experience?

5. Can I ask for my personal psychic reader or do I have to speak with some one else if he or she is not available?

Certainly! If your personal psychic reader is not available when you call, you can set a firm appointment for you and call you back at that time.

6. What are the options on your answering system?

We do not have one. We have real people answer the phone, take your information and connect you with your reader.

7. How do I know my payment is secure and you do not share my personal information?

First, there is no computer transaction that can be hacked, there is no computer record of you al all. The transaction is verified and processed just like one at any reputable retail outlet.

Second, we are an ethical company and a very limited number of people have access to our phones and thus you. These peoplehave worked together for decades and care about you. We develop personal relationships with our clients and depend on your word of mouth advertising for our business. Thus, aside from basic honesty, your safety and happiness is what has built and kept us in business all these years.
